PrintMaster ERP

Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This page describes the information used by the PrintMaster ERP website and workspace. A print shop using PrintMaster also controls the customer and order information it enters. Contact that shop for questions about its own records and marketing choices.

Information used

Depending on how you use the service, information can include your name, business name, contact details, sign-in credentials or verification codes, customer and vendor records, quotations, orders, production and dispatch details, invoices, payments, uploaded files, support messages and marketing activity. Technical information such as browser, device and error data may be used to operate and secure the service.

Why it is used

Information is used to provide account access, run print shop workflows, communicate about orders, support users, maintain security and improve the service. A print shop may use its own customer contact details for marketing through configured messaging services. Ask the shop about its messages and how to stop them.

Service providers and agents

PrintMaster can connect to outside hosting, authentication, messaging, payment, analytics or other service providers. The provider receives information needed for the feature you choose to use and applies its own terms and privacy practices. Financial support or related offers from other providers or agents are their services; eligibility and decisions belong to them.

Advertising

Public pages may display advertising if an advertising service is enabled. Advertising providers, including Google if Google ads are activated, may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads. Their use of information is governed by their policies. Ads are not currently required to use the signed-in ERP workspace. If personalized advertising or consent controls are introduced, this page and the available choices should be updated before activation.

Storage and security

Account and business data is stored in the configured service backend. Access is restricted through sign-in and role permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is kept while needed for the service, business records, or applicable obligations; a print shop may have its own retention requirements.

Your choices

You can ask the print shop that holds your order details to correct or remove them, subject to its recordkeeping duties. For account and website privacy questions, use the support route available through your PrintMaster account or contact the shop that invited you. Browser settings can control some cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as features and providers change. The date above shows the latest revision.
